At Max’s Services, we’re looking for a highly organized, proactive, and solution-oriented Bilingual Field Service Coordinator to join our growing operations team.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced service environment, enjoys coordinating multiple priorities, and can effectively support technicians, customers, and internal teams while keeping daily operations running smoothly.

✨ What You’ll Do

• Coordinate and monitor daily field service appointments and technician schedules.

• Manage dispatching, route updates, rescheduling, and service requests.

• Provide real-time support to field technicians.

• Communicate effectively with customers, technicians, and internal teams.

• Track work orders, service completion, and operational performance.

• Proactively identify and resolve scheduling and service-related issues.

• Maintain accurate service documentation and operational records.

🎯 What We’re Looking For

✅ Advanced English proficiency (C1/C2) — written and verbal.

✅ 3+ years of experience in Service Coordination, Dispatching, Operations, Customer Service, Administrative Support, or similar roles.

✅ Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

✅ Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

✅ Ability to make decisions and respond effectively in a fast-paced environment.

✅ Ability to work independently and stay accountable in a remote setting.

🕒 Schedule

Rotating shifts between:

• 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM EST

• 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST

• 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM EST

⚠️ Availability to work some Saturdays may be required based on operational needs.
