Bilingual Loan Consultant

With an uncapped commission on top of a competitive base pay of $18.46/hr, average Loan Consultants earn $100K/year, with our top 10% earning $175K+. If you bring the effort, we'll bring the payout. What You’ll Do: As a Bilingual Loan Consultant, you'll work warm leads consisting of motivated customers — both English- and Spanish-speaking — who've already reached out to save money on their auto loan. You'll walk them through their refinance options, connect them with our lending partners, offer add-on protection products like GAP and warranty coverage, and collect the documentation needed to fund the loan. This isn't a dealership sales pitch — it's about clearly laying out the financial upside of refinancing and closing the deal. There's no cold calling!! Every lead the Loan Consultant works with is pre-approved. You explain the benefits, guide the process, and close — in whichever language your customer is most comfortable with. This is a remote role with a training structure behind it. Loan Consultant training consists of a 60-day hands-on training program, a clear, proven process to follow, and a team that helps you get there. Hours are firm, Monday–Friday, 9AM–6PM CT, and the pace is fast, but you'll always know what to do next. If you like coaching, structure, and closing deals — this role delivers. To get there, Auto Approve ensures that our LCs are set up for success from Day-1 with a robust paid training program. You'll learn & earn! New hires can expect to start earning performance bonuses in their first month of employment and to be hitting OTE after 3 months. This role is Base Salary + Commission. An average Loan Consultant can expect to earn $100K a year, and our top 10% are earning $175K+. What You’ll Need: Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish required 2+ years of experience in a sales-based and/or metrics-driven work environment (industry experience NOT required. If you're a self-starter with a positive attitude, we'd love for you to apply) Proficiency in MS Office products (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Ability to be on the phone 5+ hours daily Ability to follow process and execute a call script and checklist Experience in call centers, credit unions, collections, and/or retail preferred Proven success meeting or exceeding metrics while working remotely preferred High attention to detail Ability to learn and adapt and be coachable Basic computer skills with the ability to manage a dual-monitor setup across multiple systems Shared Values with Auto Approve: People First – We put people first — every customer, every teammate. Evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand. Physical Requirements: This position is indoors. Must be able to sit at a computer terminal for an extended period. May be asked to lift approximately 25 lbs. Exposure to moderate noise and light, i.e. business office with computers, phone, printers, light foot traffic.
