Our ideal candidate embodies the following cultural competencies:

We focus on relationships!
In every interaction with our locations, we build and maintain personal connections based on trust. All relationships matter, regardless of level, role, culture, or location.

We collaborate!
We encourage different perspectives when looking for the best way forward. We collaborate together and with locations to ensure all activities are in everyone’s best interest and take into account the unique needs of each project and veterinary practice.

We speak the truth!
We are honest and transparent. We can ask questions and challenge the status quo without fear of repercussions. We support each other and take responsibility.

We are humble!
We all work together. There is no room for ego or hierarchy. We are modest and approachable. We support one another and express gratitude to our peers. We ask for feedback without being defensive. We reflect on our actions and their impact on others.

We care about the bigger picture!
Our vision is entirely clinic and hospital-focused. We aim to understand the situation first. Every decision is made based on its impact on patient care, client service, and clinic teams. We do what’s best for our practices, not just for corporate headquarters.
