This role is designed for professionals who are passionate about travel, hospitality, and delivering exceptional customer experiences in a fast-paced global environment. The position focuses on providing world-class service to premium clients while assisting with domestic and international travel arrangements, personalized itinerary planning, and customer support. This is a hybrid position based in Mexico City . Key Responsibilities Deliver high-quality customer service in a high-volume inbound travel call environment Create and service domestic and international travel bookings including flights, hotels, and car rentals Design personalized travel experiences tailored to customer preferences Communicate travel offerings, benefits, and exclusive services Maintain a customer-first approach in every interaction Navigate multiple systems while ensuring accuracy and compliance Meet and exceed service and performance goals Support clients with travel-related inquiries and issue resolution Required Qualifications Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (required) Previous experience in call center including reservations, bookings, changes, cancellations, or other travel-related customer service.
