Product Manager - AI / B2B SaaS
Location: Tokyo or Osaka
Employment Type: Permanent
Work Style: Hybrid
Working Hours: Flexible, core hours 10:00-16:00
We are working with a growing B2B SaaS company that is looking for a Product Manager to join their product team.
In this position, you will be responsible for product planning and development, working closely with engineering, sales, customer success, and management.
The role covers both new product development and the improvement and growth of existing products. You will also have the opportunity to work in an international environment where both Japanese and English are used.
- Develop and manage the product roadmap
- Prioritize features and development initiatives
- Conduct customer interviews and gather user feedback
- Identify customer needs and market trends
- Define product requirements and specifications
- Work closely with engineers and designers throughout the development process
- Manage projects from planning through release
- Monitor product KPIs and usage data
- Improve products based on customer feedback and data
- Communicate product priorities, progress, and risks to internal stakeholders
- Coordinate with engineering, sales, customer success, management, and external partners
- 3+ years of experience in Product Management, Product Planning, Project Management, Product Marketing, Web Direction, or a related position
- Experience working with B2B SaaS, MarTech, AdTech, Marketing Automation, IT solutions, or similar products/services
- Experience gathering and analyzing customer or market feedback
- Experience working with product or business data
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Business-level Japanese and English
- Experience working on SaaS products
- Experience with web application development
- Engineering or technical background
- Experience working in a startup or growing technology company
- Experience working with Agile development teams
