$131,040–$138,528/year | 36 Hours/Week | Full Benefits + Bonus | Paid EMDR & Pain Reprocessing Therapy Training

Who We Are

Innovative Treatment Centers, LLC is a growing behavioral health practice serving Glen Burnie, Frederick, and the surrounding Maryland communities. Our care is compassionate and evidence-based. We are investing in Pain Reprocessing Therapy (PRT) and EMDR so we can offer integrated treatment that goes beyond medication management. We're looking for a bilingual PMHNP who wants to grow with us and help shape these services.

The Role

This is a 36-hour-per-week position. You'll provide psychiatric care to a diverse patient population, including many Spanish-speaking patients who have struggled to find a provider who understands their language and culture. You'll split your time between in-person visits at our Glen Burnie and/or Frederick offices and telehealth from home. You'll work closely with therapists, prescribers, and support staff who talk through cases together and value each other's input.

What You'll Do

  • Conduct psychiatric evaluations, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans for patients across the lifespan [adjust to your population]
  • Provide medication management and follow-up care, both in person and via telehealth
  • Deliver care fluently in Spanish and English, with cultural responsiveness
  • Integrate EMDR and Pain Reprocessing Therapy into treatment as you complete training
  • Collaborate with therapists and the clinical team on case consultations and coordinated care
  • Keep documentation in our EHR timely and accurate
  • Help build and refine our trauma and chronic-pain service lines
What You Bring

  • Active, unrestricted Maryland license as a Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner (Psychiatric-Mental Health)
  • Board certification (PMHNP-BC) through ANCC
  • Active DEA registration and Maryland CDS registration, or eligibility to obtain both
  • Native-level or professional fluency in Spanish, both spoken and written
  • years of psychiatric NP experience (new graduates with strong clinical rotations are welcome to apply, if applicable)
  • Comfort with telehealth platforms and EHR systems
  • Interest in trauma-informed care, chronic pain, and mind-body treatment approaches
Compensation & Benefits

  • $131,040–$138,528 per year, based on experience
  • Bonus structure tied to [productivity/quality metrics]
  • Medical and dental insurance
  • 401(k) retirement plan
  • $2,500 annual CME allowance
  • Fully paid EMDR training and certification
  • Fully paid Pain Reprocessing Therapy training
  • Hybrid schedule with both in-office and remote days
  • A collaborative team that consults on cases and supports each other
Why Join Us

Plenty of clinicians want to do more than 15-minute med checks. At ITC, you can. We pay for advanced training in two of the most promising approaches in mental health. We want clinicians who will use those skills to help patients recover from trauma and chronic pain. If you're bilingual and want your work to reach the Maryland communities that need it most, we'd like to meet you.

Important: Spanish Fluency Required

In this role you will conduct full clinical visits in Spanish. Please apply only if you are fluent in Spanish. Part of your interview will be held in Spanish.
