About the Opportunity:

The BILINGUAL REMOTE CALL CENTER REPRESENTATIVE role is dedicated to managing inbound calls with professionalism and compassion. This position is essential in gathering accurate information, providing immediate support to callers, and ensuring urgent messages are promptly relayed to funeral home personnel. The role contributes directly to the organization's mission by delivering dependable, culturally aware communication services that support both clients and families in sensitive circumstances.

Responsibilities:

Compassionately handle inbound calls from families, hospice nurses, and funeral directors.

Accurately document background details and service requests in software systems.

Prioritize urgent communications and dispatch emergency messages as needed.

Provide bilingual communication and translation between English and Spanish.

Navigate multiple web applications and client-specific instructions during live calls.

Maintain punctual attendance to support continuous 24/7 service.

Requirements:

Must reside in Florida, Georgia, North Carolina, South Carolina, or Texas.

Fluent in English and Spanish, both written and verbal, with translation skills.

Clear communication skills with professional tone and accurate grammar.

Ability to remain calm and empathetic in sensitive situations.

Proficient with Windows applications and web platforms; fast, accurate typing.

Dependable work ethic and consistent attendance.

Home office setup: personal Windows 11+ PC with specified technical requirements, high-speed wired Ethernet connection, dedicated USB headset, and dual monitors.

Pay Range and Compensation Package:

$16 per hour.
