We're looking for bilingual English & Spanish sales professionals who are confident communicating with customers, identifying opportunities, overcoming objections, and converting conversations into successful outcomes.

This is a sales-focused role for someone who enjoys working toward performance goals and is motivated by uncapped commission opportunities.

What You'll Do

As a Remote Bilingual Sales & Client Intake Representative, you'll be the first point of contact for individuals involved in motor vehicle accidents.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Making outbound follow-up calls to potential clients.
• Building rapport and trust quickly with potential clients.
• Identifying client needs and guiding conversations toward the appropriate solution.
• Using sales and upselling techniques to maximize conversion opportunities.
• Handling objections and confidently addressing client concerns.
• Following our qualification process to determine whether a case meets our criteria.
• Asking effective questions to identify key information about the client and accident.
• Converting qualified prospects into successful client transfers.
• Accurately documenting all information in our CRM.
• Maintaining confidentiality and providing a professional client experience.
• Consistently working toward individual and team performance goals.

During your two-week paid training, you'll learn our intake process, qualification guidelines, sales approach, and the systems you'll use every day.

Compensation & Benefits

• Average Earnings: USD $6.00–$10.00 per hour (base pay + uncapped commissions)
• Paid two-week training

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• English proficiency at C1 level.
• Previous experience in sales, telesales, inside sales, upselling, cross-selling, or a similar sales-focused role.
• Proven ability to communicate effectively with customers and build rapport quickly.
• Comfortable handling objections and guiding customers toward a decision.
• Strong persuasion, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Comfortable making a high volume of phone calls.
• Sales-driven and motivated by performance-based compensation.
• Strong listening and questioning skills.
• Ability to identify customer needs and sales opportunities.
• Strong attention to detail and accurate CRM documentation.
• Professional, reliable, and self-motivated.
• Able to work independently in a remote environment.
• Comfortable working with performance targets and KPIs.

Previous sales experience is required. Experience in phone-based sales, telesales, call centers, insurance, telecommunications, financial services, real estate, or other high-volume sales environments is highly valued.
