Bilingual Sales, Customer Service & Scheduling Representative (Remote, English & Spanish)

About TeamFicient
At TeamFicient, we're a dynamic team of highly experienced professionals dedicated to providing tailored solutions for our clients. We're looking for talented bilingual professionals to join our growing team.

Location: Remote
Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary Range: $600–$800/month

About the Role
We're seeking a Bilingual Sales, Customer Service & Scheduling Representative to support a multi-location driving school client. The business has grown almost entirely through word of mouth, with one location in particular growing rapidly — and it's one of very few schools in its market offering full driver's education and driving lessons in Spanish. Growth has outpaced the systems and support currently in place, and this role exists to help capture and convert the volume of interest already coming in.

This is a phone-first role: you'll handle a steady flow of inbound calls from prospective students, follow up on leads and past inquiries, and proactively reach out to students who've completed the classroom portion of Driver's Ed but haven't yet scheduled or paid for their actual driving lessons. Beyond sales, you'll help keep the school's day-to-day operations organized — scheduling lessons around a limited vehicle fleet and instructor availability, chasing down missing paperwork, and communicating with parents to keep them engaged (and open to purchasing additional lessons).

Core Responsibilities

Sales & Lead Conversion

  • Handle inbound calls from prospective students and confidently explain package options, pricing, and what's included

  • Make outbound follow-up calls to leads and past inquiries who haven't yet enrolled

  • Follow up specifically with students who've finished the Driver's Ed classroom portion to convert them into scheduled, paid driving lessons

  • Handle objections (price, scheduling, hesitation) with patience and persistence

  • Present pricing and package benefits clearly and persuasively in either English or Spanish

Parent Communication & Upselling

  • Send progress reports to parents on their student's driving lesson progress

  • Use progress updates as a natural opportunity to upsell additional lessons or packages

Scheduling & Document Follow-Up

  • Coordinate and manage lesson scheduling across a limited vehicle fleet and a mix of independent contractor and salaried instructors, each with their own availability

  • Follow up with students who are scheduled for lessons but have missing or incomplete required documents, ensuring everything is in order before their lesson date

  • Keep scheduling records accurate and up to date, minimizing conflicts or gaps

Customer Service

  • Respond to questions about scheduling, policies, and procedures with accuracy

  • Resolve concerns or complaints professionally to protect satisfaction and retention

  • Log every call, lead, and follow-up outcome consistently, even without a dedicated CRM system currently in place

Bookkeeping Support

  • Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks as needed

Candidate Requirements

Required Experience

  • 2+ years in customer service and/or sales, ideally with phone-based experience

  • Demonstrated comfort with a steady volume of inbound and outbound calls

  • Track record of meeting sales or conversion targets, not just service metrics

  • Comfortable managing scheduling and administrative follow-up alongside sales calls

Bilingual Requirement (Essential)

  • Fluent in both English and Spanish — spoken and written

  • C1–C2 English proficiency required (mandatory)

  • Able to switch fluidly between English and Spanish mid-call depending on the customer

  • Comfortable pitching, explaining pricing, and closing in either language

Essential Skills

  • Strong phone presence: clear, confident, and persuasive on calls

  • Active listening and objection-handling under real sales pressure

  • Highly organized — able to juggle sales follow-up, scheduling, and document tracking without things slipping

  • Comfortable working without a dedicated CRM currently in place, and adaptable to a new system as one is rolled out

  • Solution-oriented mindset paired with genuine sales drive

Technical Proficiency

  • Comfortable learning and using: Square (lead management), RingCentral (phone system), Excel/Google Sheets (daily operations tracking), and Trello

  • Basic QuickBooks familiarity a plus, given bookkeeping support responsibilities

  • Quick to learn new CRM or scheduling platforms as the business adopts one

Personal Qualities

  • Self-motivated, especially for outbound calling and proactive follow-up

  • Resilient — doesn't get discouraged by "no" and keeps dialing

  • Organized enough to manage an active pipeline of leads, scheduled students, and outstanding documents at the same time

  • Professional, warm phone manner in both languages

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a call-center, telesales, or driving-school/education-services environment

  • Experience with scheduling software or systems in a service-based business

  • Basic bookkeeping or QuickBooks experience

Work Environment & Requirements

  • Dedicated, quiet workspace suited for phone-based work

  • Reliable high-speed internet and a professional headset

  • Availability during business hours for both inbound and outbound calling

  • Meet enrollment/sales targets and call activity benchmarks

  • Maintain accurate records for every call, lead, scheduled lesson, and outstanding document
