ABOUT THE ROLE
Outstaffer is partnering with a fast-scaling company to find an experienced Billing Manager to own the billing lifecycle end to end. This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives switching between day-to-day billing and collections and higher-level performance analysis — working closely with Sales, Customer Success, and Payroll to keep billing accurate and clients happy. You'll be the go-to owner of Chargebee and Xero, moving confidently between the two to keep data clean and discrepancies resolved.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Own the end-to-end invoicing cycle — accurate, complete, on-schedule client billing
- Manage AR: collections, dunning workflows, ageing, and payment allocation in Chargebee
- Keep Chargebee and Xero perfectly reconciled, resolving sync errors as they arise
- Deliver MRR/ARR, AR ageing, and collections reporting that leadership can act on
- Partner with Sales, Customer Success, and Payroll to keep billing tight and churn-risk low
- Shape the product catalogue, pricing, and invoice templates as the business scales
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
- 3–5+ years in billing, AR, or finance operations
- Hands-on Chargebee (or comparable subscription platform) and Xero experience
- A track record billing B2B, subscription/recurring-revenue clients
- Sharp attention to detail and a genuine comfort reconciling data across systems
- Advanced Excel/Sheets skills and an analytical mindset
- Confident, professional communication style for client-facing billing conversations
