A pristine small-town hospital in Northeastern Minnesota is seeking a full-time, permanent Billing Manager to join their thriving team! Flexible HYBRID/REMOTE position open only to Minnesota residents and excellent benefits!
The Billing Manager Opportunity:
- Full-time, permanent, direct-hire position
- Excellent health/dental/vision insurance coverage
- 401(K) plan and employer matching available to selected Billing Manager
- Opportunity for a hybrid or remote position but Billing Manager must be a permanent resident in the State of Minnesota
- Billing Manager is responsible for reporting directly to the Revenue-Cycle Director and oversees day-to-day operations within the hospital's Business Office team
- Billing Manager is responsible for ensuring precise billing, compliance, and working as a direct liaison with clinical and other operational leaders
Billing Manager Qualifications:
- Must possess an Associate's Degree in Finance, Health Administration, or similar
- Must have at least 3 years of hospital billing (work) experience
- Must have at least 2 years of managerial experience within a healthcare facility's billing department
