Job Description

As a Billing Operations Representative, you will be at the forefront of managing our billing systems. Your primary responsibilities will include overseeing the billing process, ensuring accurate charges to customers, and diligently following up on late payments to secure timely collections. You will play a crucial role in communicating with customers to resolve any billing issues and maintain a positive relationship.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the entire billing process to ensure accuracy and efficiency.

• Ensure customers are charged correctly for services and follow up on any discrepancies.

• Proactively handle late payments, sending reminders and communicating with customers to ensure timely collection.

• Work closely with customers to resolve billing issues, process refunds, and maintain customer satisfaction.

• Utilize billing and payment systems such as HubSpot and Chargebee to manage accounts and transactions.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in billing, payments, and refunds.

• Strong understanding of contracts and billing procedures.

• Proficiency in billing software, preferably HubSpot and Chargebee.

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to resolve customer issues effectively.

• Strong attention-to-detail.

• Ability to work full-time, adhering to PST to EST hours (US).

Compensation

Our current hourly comp range is $6-7/hour (USD) based on experience.
