Billing Representative Revenue Cycle

• Location: Remote
• Department: Revenue Cycle
• Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00a - 5:00pCST l Full-time

• Manage complex patient accounts and submit precise medical claims to accelerate reimbursement and minimize billing errors.

• Investigate and resolve denied or unpaid claims through direct contact with insurance payers to secure proper payment for services.

• Post and reconcile patient payments to maintain accurate, up-to-date account ledgers and ensure financial integrity.

• Resolve patient billing inquiries and collaborate with internal departments to eliminate payment roadblocks and deliver a transparent patient experience.

Key Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Minimum of two years of medical billing and claims resolution experience

Education:

• High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
  • Note: Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience, if applicable.
