What makes this role exciting CloudPay is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Billing Specialist to join our Finance team. In this global role, you’ll support end-to-end billing operations—ensuring accuracy, resolving queries, and maintaining customer data across multiple markets. You’ll work closely with both customers and internal teams to deliver timely, compliant invoicing and play a key role in supporting our monthly billing cycles. Main responsibilities Efficient and effective resolution of customer queries Provide assistance with monthly customer billing cycles Collaborate internally with the wider finance and operational teams on customer invoicing matters Set up new customers, reflect amendments/addendum, and update client and billing information on NetSuite Assistance with other pricing/billing-related activities *This role follows hybrid work arrangement with 4x/month RTO. Work schedule is Monday to Friday, 3PM to 12MN.
