We are seeking Billing Specialist who plays a critical role in the order-to-cash process, owning complex billing activities with a strong focus on accuracy, efficiency, and accountability. This fully remote role is based in Colombia and supports a U.S.-based, multi-entity technology organization.

Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end processing of complex, multi-entity customer orders and billing transactions.
- Review and interpret detailed sales agreements, House Quotes, and contract terms.
- Generate accurate invoices—including milestone, partial, and project-based billings—within 48 hours.
- Proactively identify, troubleshoot, and resolve billing issues with minimal escalation.
- Partner daily with U.S. sales, finance, legal, and operations teams.
- Maintain real-time visibility into unbilled orders, invoice status, and revenue impact.
- Support audits, revenue reviews, and reporting across multiple projects and legal entities.
- Drive continuous improvement in billing processes, systems, and internal controls.
- Demonstrate ownership, urgency, and consistently high execution standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 4–6 years of billing or accounting experience
- Background in technology, SaaS, or complex multi-entity organizations
- Proven experience supporting U.S. based companies with exposure to Latin American markets
- English fluency
- Strong ERP experience
- Highly analytical, detail-oriented, and solution-focused
- Tech-savvy, fast learner comfortable with evolving systems
- Self-driven with a “can-do” attitude and desire to grow
- Familiar with AI tools and process improvements.
- Confident communicator who thinks beyond standard solutions
