Key Focus Areas

• Coordinate BIM models, drawing exchanges, and design comments across project disciplines.
• Prepare or review quantity take-offs, bills of quantities, cost updates, or tender comparisons.
• Maintain project schedules, track progress against milestones, and highlight potential delays.
• Help teams understand how design changes may affect quantities, cost, sequencing, or delivery.
• Keep project data and reporting clear, current, and useful for decision-making.

Ideal Background

Experience in BIM coordination, quantity surveying, planning, or a related construction project role is preferred.

A bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience is welcome.

Familiarity with relevant BIM, estimating, or planning tools will be useful, depending on your area of focus.
