Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced BIM Engineer with 5+ years of experience in Building Information Modeling (BIM) to support the development, coordination, and management of BIM models for construction and engineering projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and manage 3D BIM models based on project requirements.
• Prepare and update architectural, structural, or MEP models and drawings.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure model accuracy and consistency.
• Identify and resolve design clashes and modeling discrepancies.
• Extract quantities, prepare schedules, and generate project documentation from BIM models.
• Ensure compliance with project standards, BIM protocols, and quality requirements.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in BIM modeling and coordination.
• Proficiency in BIM tools such as Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD.
• Good understanding of architectural, structural, or MEP systems.
• Experience in clash detection, model coordination, and technical documentation.
• Knowledge of BIM standards, workflows, and construction drawings.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and coordination skills.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working on international projects.
• Knowledge of ISO 19650 and BIM execution plans.
• Experience with multidisciplinary BIM coordination and model quality checks.
