BIM Manager — BIM

Dax Build is looking for a freelance BIM Manager to lead remote project teams. The teams deliver attraction models and asset information for major entertainment destinations in Saudi Arabia.

Responsibilities

• Lead 3 remote BIM teams and act as the single point of contact with the client
• Apply the BEP, MIDP/TIDP and the client’s naming and coding standards
• Own QA/QC sign-off and submissions through the CDE (ACC / Aconex)
• Make sure asset data meets the client’s Asset Information Requirements (AIR) and COBie requirements
• Report progress and KPIs weekly
  
  

Requirements

• 10+ years in BIM, including at least 4 years in a management role
• Strong ISO 19650 knowledge; certification is a plus
• Expert in Revit, Navisworks and ACC
• Experience with asset information models (AIM), COBie and handover data; KSA/GCC experience preferred
• Excellent English
