As a BIM Engineer, you will play a key role in supporting project teams by coordinating, managing and delivering BIM models in line with project and Aurecon standards. Coordinating BIM models across disciplines, with a focus on MEP services Performing clash detection using Navisworks and leading coordination and resolution reviews Facilitating and attending BIM and coordination meetings with consultants, clients and internal project teams Ensuring models and outputs comply with project BIM standards, workflows and the BIM Execution Plan (BEP) Working closely with design engineers, site teams and stakeholders to resolve design and constructability issues Designing and modelling Mechanical or Electrical services using Revit Producing accurate and coordinated drawings and BIM outputs for MEP services using Revit Supporting continuous improvement of BIM processes and best practices across projects We know today’s complex challenges can only be solved through bringing together diverse teams of people from across our business, so there will be opportunities for you to apply your skills and creativity to projects in other geographies and markets. What can you bring to the team? Firstly, you will share our genuine passion for re-imagining engineering and be someone that actively pursues continuous learning to help shape the future. you will also need the following: Degree in Electrical Engineering Registered with the Board of Engineers Malaysia (BEM) Minimum 2 years of design experience in Electrical Engineering with a strong BIM focus Hands-on experience using Revit for MEP modelling and documentation Working knowledge of BIM 360 / Autodesk Construction Cloud and Navisworks for coordination and clash detection Experience delivering building projects (e.g. commercial, residential, mixed-use, healthcare, or similar) Good understanding of BIM standards, workflows and coordination processes Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams Our Aurecon Attributes define our way of being – they are a collection of qualities that makes us who we are.
