Its multidisciplinary teams plan, design, deliver, and operate complex facilities with a strong focus on reliability, safety, scalability, and efficient use of power and cooling. The work calls for close coordination across technical disciplines and offers the opportunity to contribute to infrastructure that supports the continued growth of cloud computing, AI, and connected services. THE OPPORTUNITY The BIM Specialist will help multidisciplinary teams coordinate dense, highly serviced data center environments. This role combines model development, standards, clash coordination, data quality, and hands-on support to make complex design and construction information easier to use across the project lifecycle. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Develop, maintain, and audit coordinated BIM models for architectural, structural, and MEP systems Run clash detection, lead coordination reviews, and track issues through resolution Establish project templates, naming standards, model-health practices, and execution-plan requirements Manage model federation, file exchanges, permissions, and common data environment workflows Create families, views, schedules, and model-based deliverables that support design and construction teams Support teams using Revit, Navisworks, Autodesk Construction Cloud, and related coordination tools Perform quality-control checks for geometry, metadata, coordinates, and deliverable readiness Train project users and help improve repeatable digital-delivery workflows REQUIREMENTS Associate or bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Technology, or a related field 3+ years of BIM production or coordination experience in building design or construction Advanced Revit and Navisworks skills; Autodesk Construction Cloud experience preferred Understanding of architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing coordination Experience with model federation, clash workflows, shared coordinates, and BIM execution plans Dynamo, scripting, reality-capture, or model-automation experience is a plus Clear communication skills and the ability to support users with different levels of BIM experience All applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship and must already possess long-term work authorization.
