Apply Description Summary This position is primarily responsible for soliciting relationships with retail insurance agents in the state of Florida, growing a book of binding authority business. This role would be a Florida based role either remote or hybrid to one of our Florida offices. Primary Job Responsibilities Develop retail agent relationships and drive submission flow. Master our portfolio of binding authority carriers to deliver elite underwriting expertise and fast turnaround times. Deliver high quality underwriting acumen to drive profitable production within carrier appetites and guidelines. Consistently engage retail client base to uncover growth opportunities and ensure premier client service experience. Respond to questions from agents via telephone, email, etc. Provide prompt and courteous service Develop and maintain retail agent and carrier relationships Assist support staff and resolve problems and questions Other duties as assigned Requirements Qualifications Competencies: Communication Skills; Information Seeking; Influencing Others; Problem Solving; Results Orientation; Knowledge of Insurance Terminology and Practices Minimum of 5 years of experience within the insurance industry Bachelor’s Degree is preferred, High School Diploma required. Target base salary range for this position is $130,000-$150,000 Salary Description $130,000-$150,000
