Blackline Technical Consultant

Experience: 3 to 10 years

Location: Makati - Hybrid (2 days onsite per week)

Key Responsibilities

• Business Change Planning

Plan and execute timelines for business changes that affect the BlackLine ReconRevamp solution, including changes to relevant components and supporting processes.

• Reconciliation Design and Configuration

Implement BlackLine ReconRevamp configurations required to support changing business requirements. Coordinate with the relevant teams and support testing and deployment activities.

• Technical Setup Coordination

Coordinate required technical setups across Business teams, ERP teams, IT Platform teams, other contractors, the BlackLine vendor, and other supporting groups.

• Architecture and Change Approvals

Facilitate the preparation and coordination of architecture reviews and Change Advisory Board approvals, as needed.

• Testing and Integration Validation

Design test scenarios and validate API integrations and target destinations during testing.

• Reconciliation Design Support

Coordinate and support IT design changes required for the Reconciliations process.

• BlackLine ReconRevamp Expertise

Develop a strong understanding of the BlackLine ReconRevamp technology, solution design, and supporting processes to become a technical resource for future enhancements.

• BlackLine Vendor Coordination

Coordinate directly with the BlackLine vendor to initiate and support approved project work related to Divestitures, Acquisitions, and Digital Core initiatives

Required Skills:

· Experience coordinating application changes across multiple technical and business teams within a complex ERP environment.

· Ability to plan and execute timelines for business and system changes – enhancements and configurations.

· Understanding of ERP systems, APIs, integrations, testing, and target-system validation.

· Ability to facilitate architecture reviews and change-approval activities.

· Strong communication, coordination, documentation, and problem-solving skills.

· Ability to support recurring Digital Core releases and Acquisition and Divestiture activities.
