Role Description
We are hiring a Blockchain Consultant to support advisory, research, and strategy projects across blockchain technology, Web3 ecosystems, digital assets, and decentralized business models. This is a full-time, paid remote role based in Singapore focused on blockchain consulting, Web3 strategy, digital transformation, decentralized applications, and emerging technology solutions.
The Blockchain Consultant will research blockchain trends, evaluate business use cases, support client-ready strategy materials, and prepare insights across smart contracts, DeFi protocols, tokenized assets, digital identity, blockchain infrastructure, and crypto-native products. This role is ideal for someone with strong interest in blockchain consulting, Web3 innovation, business strategy, digital assets, and decentralized technology adoption.
Responsibilities
• Research blockchain networks, smart contract platforms, Web3 infrastructure, digital assets, DeFi protocols, tokenized assets, and decentralized applications
• Support consulting projects related to blockchain use cases, digital transformation, Web3 strategy, operational improvement, and emerging technology adoption
• Prepare advisory briefs, market research notes, blockchain strategy materials, use case summaries, ecosystem maps, and client-ready reports
• Track developments across layer-1 and layer-2 networks, enterprise blockchain platforms, DeFi ecosystems, digital identity solutions, tokenization projects, and Web3 startups
• Analyze opportunities across smart contracts, decentralized finance, tokenized assets, blockchain infrastructure, digital identity, supply chain, payments, and business process innovation
• Collaborate with team members on research, strategy development, client materials, technical workshops, and blockchain implementation planning
• Maintain organized research files, project trackers, ecosystem notes, use case libraries, competitor maps, and blockchain intelligence resources
• Help explain blockchain concepts, Web3 opportunities, technical risks, and business implications clearly to technical and non-technical audiences
Qualifications
• Strong interest in blockchain consulting, Web3 strategy, decentralized technologies, digital assets, smart contracts, DeFi, and emerging technology adoption
• Familiarity with blockchain networks, enterprise blockchain, Web3 applications, digital asset ecosystems, tokenization, decentralized finance, or technology consulting
• Understanding of blockchain fundamentals, wallets, transactions, smart contracts, consensus mechanisms, token utility, decentralized applications, and Web3 business models
• Familiarity with blockchain explorers, crypto analytics tools, DeFi dashboards, GitHub, technical documentation, market research platforms, or consulting tools is a plus
• Strong research, analytical, communication, problem-solving, and presentation skills
• Ability to translate blockchain trends, technical concepts, market insights, and business opportunities into clear recommendations
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment while managing multiple consulting, research, and strategy priorities
• Previous experience in blockchain projects, technology consulting, fintech, digital transformation, software products, crypto research, or Web3 communities is helpful

Compensation
Salary range: SGD100,000 - SGD115,000 per year depending on experience
