Blue Yonder Implementation Specialist

Rhenus Logistics is recruiting for a senior position focused on the use and deployment of Blue Yonder Dispatcher. Experience with Dispatcher 2019 and Dispatcher 2025 is essential for this role.

The successful candidate will need to be capable of configuring and building the system from the ground up.

Experience in report writing and system integration is also required, as the business now works with flat files, EDI, and API connectivity methods. The ideal candidate will come from a 3PL or warehousing background and possess a strong all-round knowledge of warehouse, distribution, and transportation operations. Previous experience of setting up multiple customers on Blue Yonder Dispatcher would be highly advantageous.

During 2027, we plan to upgrade an existing site in Corby from Dispatcher 2019 to Dispatcher 2025. This site services more than 15 customers. In addition, we will be expanding the use of Dispatcher into other business units and territories. This role will be pivotal in the implementation, configuration, and ongoing operation of these business units and warehouses within the system.

There will be a requirement to travel to various sites across the UK and Ireland. The primary location for this role will be our Corby facility, with a hybrid working model available. Initially, this will consist of one day per week working from home, increasing to two days per week once the successful candidate has settled into the position.

• BY Dispatcher 2019 & 2025
  • Configuration of customers set up within the system
  • Locations and sequencing
  • Putaway and allocation algorithms
  • Workstation and Printer set up knowledge
  • Cycle counting routines and stock management
  • Report generation and label triggers
  • RDT Screen configuration
  • Comfortable with merge rules, clustering and function access configuration
• FTP, EDI and API integration experience
• User Service Portal (Socius24 module)
• Jaspersoft report writing
