Position Overview: Aeir.ch is seeking experienced and forward-thinking professionals to join as Board Advisors. As a Board Advisor, you will play a crucial role in guiding the strategic direction of the company, leveraging your expertise in the fields of power generation (with a focus on renewables), power distribution, and hospitality (including hotels, resorts, and marinas). Responsibilities: Strategic Guidance: Provide strategic insights and advice to the executive team based on your extensive experience in the power generation (renewables), power distribution, and hospitality sectors, specifically encompassing hotels, resorts, and marinas. Industry Expertise: Stay abreast of industry trends, market dynamics, and emerging technologies within the renewable energy and blockchain sectors, contributing valuable industry knowledge to board discussions. Networking: Leverage your professional network to open doors for potential partnerships, collaborations, and business development opportunities within the power generation and distribution sectors, ensuring alignment with Aeir.ch 's mission and goals. Risk Management: Collaborate with the board to identify and assess potential risks, providing guidance on risk mitigation strategies specific to the power generation, distribution, and hospitality industries, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. Innovation Advocacy: Encourage and support innovative approaches, ensuring Aeir.ch remains at the forefront of technological advancements and sustainable practices within the power generation, distribution, and hospitality sectors, including hotels, resorts, and marinas. Qualifications: Proven leadership experience at the executive or board level in the power generation (renewables), power distribution, or hospitality sectors (hotels, resorts, marinas). In-depth knowledge of the renewable energy industry, with a focus on the latest technologies and trends. Understanding of blockchain technology and its applications, especially within the energy sector. Exceptional networking and relationship-building skills. A visionary mindset with the ability to anticipate and navigate challenges in a rapidly evolving industry. Compensation This is a part time role where we will agree a number of hours per month. As such we will agree a consulting rate for attendance of meetings and other work that you undertake on our behalf. . In addition we will allocate a number of coins/shares to be agreed and will cover all costs for overseas conferences.
