Kyo is seeking a BCBA in the Dallas/ Fort Worth area who is committed to delivering high-quality, ethical ABA, supported by a collaborative and experienced clinical team. This is a hybrid remote position. Part-Time & Full-Time Opportunities Available Pay Range: $85,000 - $100,000 per year BCBAs AT KYO: Lead individualized ABA programs across home, school, and community settings, supported by Kyo’s proprietary care application and data systems. Support the development of Behavior Therapists and BCBA Trainees. WHY CHOOSE US? JOB REQUIREMENTS: Education and Skills: Master’s degree in Psychology, Special Education, or a related field. Active BCBA certification. Transportation: Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between client and business sites. Availability: Ability to provide client support within our service hours of 8:00am–7:00pm, Monday–Friday, with schedules determined based on your client needs Physical Ability: This job requires extensive standing, walking, reaching, bending, kneeling, and crouching. Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds. Must have the ability to communicate clearly and participate in physical and play-based therapies.
