Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

About Greater Goals ABA/MomVersity MomVersity is a live, telehealth-based ABA parent training program that connects families directly with BCBAs over Zoom. Rather than in-home RBT services, our BCBAs coach parents in real time through family dinner sessions, structured learning modules, and weekly group coaching — empowering caregivers to become the primary implementers of their child's ABA program. Position Summary We are seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our growing MomVersity team. This is a fully remote position focused on delivering high-quality parent training and behavioral coaching via telehealth. The ideal candidate is comfortable working independently, communicates warmly and clearly with caregivers, and is passionate about empowering families as active participants in their child's care. Key Responsibilities ● Conduct live, virtual parent-coaching sessions, including real-time "family dinner coaching" via Zoom ● Develop and oversee individualized treatment plans based on caregiver-reported concerns and intake information ● Deliver structured content through MomVersity's Live Learning Hub and provide 1:1 feedback to caregivers on skill application ● Facilitate weekly group coaching sessions with small cohorts of families (up to 8 per group) ● Conduct initial intake calls to assess family needs and build individualized support plans ● Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation in compliance with insurance and regulatory requirements ● Collaborate with the clinical team on caseload updates, client progress, and program development ● Ensure services comply with state-specific regulatory and licensure requirements for all states served Qualifications ● Active BCBA certification in good standing (required) ● Active or eligible for licensure in Georgia and/or other states served (multi-state licensure a plus) ● Experience providing ABA services to children with autism spectrum disorder and their families ● Strong verbal and written communication skills; comfortable coaching caregivers directly ● Reliable internet connection and a private, HIPAA-compliant space for telehealth sessions ● Experience with telehealth service delivery preferred but not required ● Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a remote environment Schedule ● Flexible, remote scheduling ● Hours are based on client availability and caseload; full-time hours are not guaranteed
