Love being a BCBA again
Know your children. See their progress. Have time to do the work you trained for.
This full-time Pediatric BCBA role at our Florissant clinic gives you:
- 4 to 6 children, with about 4 to 6 hours each week with each child
- An average of 25 billable hours per week
- No RBT shift coverage, lunch coverage, floater duties, recruiting, front-desk work, or staff scheduling
- Evenings and weekends that are yours, with Monday to Friday daytime hours
You coach and supervise RBTs without covering their shifts. When a client cancels, you will not be asked to make up those hours.
Clinical work you can be proud of
Our child-led Reggio ABA approach combines evidence-based ABA with the creativity of Reggio Emilia. Sessions follow each child's curiosity through play and exploration, guided by measurable goals.
Your clinical judgment shapes the plan, and your ideas are welcome in clinical conversations.
You work four days onsite, plus one remote day per week for appropriate clinical work, subject to clinical and coverage needs. You stay at one clinic, with no in-home work or driving between clinics.
Operations, billing, and authorization teams handle the admin.
You get mentorship, collaboration with BCBAs, speech-language pathologists, and clinical leaders, and room to grow through TobyTracks toward deeper clinical expertise, mentoring, or leadership.
The full package
Base salary is $75,000 to $100,000, based on experience and qualifications, plus eligible quarterly performance incentives. Eligible locations and roles also offer up to a $10,000 sign-on bonus, subject to current program terms.
- Three weeks of vacation, a separate four-day sick-time allowance, and paid company holidays
- Employer-contributed health insurance and 401(k) eligibility after one year
- Eligible CEU support, professional development, and employee referral incentives
Your clinical role
- Lead assessments, individualized treatment plans, data review, and evidence-based adjustments
- Coach RBTs, train caregivers, coordinate care with speech-language pathologists, and keep documentation accurate and timely
What you will bring
- Active BCBA certification in good standing through the BACB
- Missouri behavior analyst licensure, or eligibility to obtain it, and a master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field
- Strong clinical judgment, a collaborative approach, and a love of early intervention with young children with autism
