This position is ideal for a BCBA who: Prefers remote work Values autonomy Enjoys creative problem-solving in telehealth service delivery Thrives with strong administrative support We handle intake, scheduling, billing, insurance, RBT onboarding, and administrative coordination—so you can stay focused on clinical excellence . Responsibilities Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans via telehealth Implement evidence-based interventions using high-quality virtual tools and strategies Collect and analyze data to monitor progress and inform clinical decisions Provide virtual supervision, coaching, and oversight to RBTs Collaborate with families, educators, and interdisciplinary partners remotely Maintain compliant documentation and uphold ethical standards Qualifications Active BCBA certification - IS A MUST Must be able to work MST hours Experience with ASD or developmental disabilities preferred Strong communication and telehealth clinical skills Tech-savvy and comfortable delivering services remotely Passionate about expanding access to care statewide through innovative service delivery About Airborne ABA Airborne ABA is a mission-driven organization serving children and families across Southern and Eastern Colorado.
