Center-Based BCBA – Hybrid Flexibility Available Bonus: $20 000.00 Relocation Bonus Pay: $100,000–$130,000 per year Job Type: Full-time Locations: Pueblo and La Junta, Colorado Work Setting: Primarily center-based, with some hybrid flexibility About Airborne ABA: Airborne ABA is a growing, BCBA-led organization providing high-quality ABA therapy to children and young adults throughout Colorado. We specialize in expanding access to care in rural and underserved communities, where dependable behavioral health resources are often difficult for families to find. We are hiring experienced and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analysts for our center-based programs in Pueblo and La Junta. This is primarily an in-person position; however, we can offer some hybrid flexibility for appropriate responsibilities based on clinical needs and the candidate’s schedule. Position Overview: The BCBA will oversee individualized ABA treatment programs and provide clinical supervision and support to RBTs and BTs. The ideal candidate is organized, collaborative, and comfortable taking ownership of the clinical quality and progress of their caseload. The BCBA will work closely with families, technicians, clinical leadership, schools, and other members of each child’s care team. Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments and reassessments Develop individualized, medically necessary treatment plans Provide ongoing supervision and training to RBTs and BTs Monitor client progress and make data-driven treatment decisions Provide direct and protocol-modification services when clinically appropriate Conduct caregiver training and support families in carrying strategies into daily life Ensure treatment plans, session documentation, and authorization materials are completed accurately and on time Collaborate with schools, healthcare providers, and other members of the client’s treatment team Maintain compliance with BACB standards, payer requirements, and company policies Support a positive, professional, and collaborative center environment Participate in clinical meetings, staff development, and quality-improvement initiatives Qualifications: Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst certification Master’s degree in behavior analysis, psychology, education, or a related field Experience conducting assessments and developing ABA treatment plans Strong clinical judgment and leadership skills Ability to supervise, coach, and support RBTs and BTs effectively Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong organization and time-management abilities Ability to complete documentation accurately and within required deadlines Commitment to ethical, compassionate, and individualized care Ability to pass all required background checks Why Join Airborne ABA?
