Booking co-manager, Lawyer

Role Description The Booking Co-Manager, Lawyer at SONO Label is a full-time hybrid role based in Warsaw, with the flexibility to perform part of the work from home. This role involves managing and coordinating artist bookings, drafting and reviewing booking agreements, and ensuring that all contracts comply with applicable laws and industry standards. The person in this role collaborates closely with artists, managers, venues, and internal teams to negotiate terms, secure performance dates, and handle any legal issues that may arise. Daily tasks include monitoring contract performance, updating booking schedules, maintaining accurate records, and advising on risk, intellectual property, and regulatory matters affecting live events and music-related activities. The role also requires participation in strategic planning for tours and events, as well as continuous improvement of booking processes and legal templates.
Qualifications

• Strong legal expertise in contract law, entertainment law, and intellectual property, with the ability to draft, review, and negotiate agreements.
• Experience in booking, event coordination, or artist management within the music or broader entertainment industry.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• High level of organizational and time-management abilities, including attention to detail and the capacity to manage multiple bookings simultaneously.
• Proficiency in using digital tools for scheduling, document management, and remote collaboration.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a hybrid environment, adapting to changing priorities and schedules.
• Professional fluency in Polish and strong working proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Law degree (LLB or equivalent) and eligibility to practice law in Poland; prior experience in entertainment or commercial law is highly beneficial.
