WE’RE HIRING! | BOOKING OFFICER

Musicondalla is looking for a Booking Officer to join our team and help grow the bookings and client relationships of The MPG Rondalla.

📍 Location: AIC Burgundy Empire Tower, ABD Avenue, Ortigas Center, Pasig City

💼 Employment Type: Full-Time, Hybrid

🎯 Level: Entry-Level (Fresh graduates are welcome!)

Key Responsibilities:

• Proactively reach out to potential clients, including corporate companies, event organizers, hotels, wedding coordinators, and other prospective partners.
• Manage incoming booking inquiries through Facebook Messenger, email, phone, and other communication channels.
• Prepare and send quotations based on approved performance packages.
• Follow up with potential clients and help convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.
• Maintain accurate client records, booking schedules, and sales trackers.
• Coordinate with the Entertainment and Operations teams to ensure smooth booking transactions.
• Prepare weekly booking and client outreach reports.

Qualifications:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Filipino.
• Confident in communicating with clients through calls, emails, and messages.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple inquiries.
• Proactive, resourceful, and persistent in following up with potential clients.
• Comfortable using Google Workspace, spreadsheets, and social media platforms.
• Has a genuine interest in music, entertainment, events, or client relations.
• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or event bookings is an advantage.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
