The responsibilities include full cycle accounting namely: Bank and credit card reconciliations Issuing invoices and recording receipts Bill payment processing Payroll processing HST filing Month end reconciliations Responding to client queries Experience we are looking for: College Diploma in Accounting or Bookkeeping 2+ years of Bookkeeping experience 1+ years of experience with Quickbooks Online Experience processing payroll (issuing T4s, ROEs, T4 summary) An open mind to trying out new technology. Our company is a team of thirty Bookkeepers and Accountants who work cohesively to provide small and medium sized businesses with amazing back end financial support.
