The Role

We are seeking a Website Manager to oversee website operations, content updates, performance, optimization, and ongoing improvements. The ideal candidate will coordinate with internal teams to ensure the website delivers a strong user experience and supports business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day website operations and updates.
• Coordinate website content, page updates, campaigns, and publishing activities.
• Monitor website performance, availability, functionality, and user experience.
• Work closely with IT, Developers, Marketing, Product, UX, Content, and Data teams.
• Coordinate website maintenance, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
• Monitor website traffic, engagement, conversions, and other key performance metrics.
• Support SEO, website optimization, usability, and digital experience initiatives.
• Manage website content calendars and publishing workflows.
• Coordinate website testing and quality checks before major updates.
• Maintain website documentation, procedures, and operational records.
• Identify opportunities to improve website performance, usability, security, and scalability.
• Support integrations with CMS, CRM, analytics, and other digital platforms.
• Track website issues, risks, and improvement activities.
• Prepare regular website performance reports and recommendations for management.
• Stay informed about website technologies, digital trends, and industry best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Digital Business, Marketing, Communications, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in website management, web operations, digital marketing, e-commerce, IT, or a related function.
• Good understanding of website management and digital platforms.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Good project coordination and communication abilities.
• Good written and verbal English communication skills.
• Familiarity with CMS platforms such as WordPress, Drupal, Contentful, or similar systems is an advantage.
• Experience with Google Analytics, SEO tools, or website monitoring platforms is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, APIs, or web technologies is helpful but not required.
• Relevant digital, web, or technology certifications are welcome but not mandatory.
