Role Description The Freelance Wellness Consultant | Part Time role is a remote position focused on supporting individuals and organizations in improving their mental and emotional well-being. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting virtual wellness consultations, assessing client needs, and recommending appropriate services, tools, or programs within TherapyMantra’s ecosystem. The consultant will provide coaching on stress management, work–life balance, and healthy lifestyle practices, while guiding clients in using platform resources such as self-help tools and meditation content. The role also involves maintaining clear documentation, collaborating with clinical and customer support teams as needed, and promoting engagement in TherapyMantra’s wellness offerings. This is a part time, flexible role suitable for professionals who can manage their own schedules while delivering high-quality, client-centered support.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Wellness and Coaching skills, with experience guiding individuals or groups on mental health, stress management, and holistic wellbeing.
• Candidates should possess Customer Service skills, including empathy, active listening, and clear communication in client-facing interactions.
• Candidates should possess Sales skills, with the ability to identify client needs, explain relevant services, and encourage appropriate program enrollment in a consultative manner.
• Candidates should possess Training skills, with experience delivering workshops, webinars, or educational sessions on wellness topics.
• Relevant qualifications such as a degree in psychology, counseling, social work, health sciences, or related fields are beneficial.
• Experience in telehealth, digital wellness platforms, or remote consulting is an advantage.
• Ability to work independently, manage part time hours, and maintain professional boundaries and confidentiality in line with ethical standards.
• Comfort with using online tools, video conferencing platforms, and documentation systems for remote client support.
