The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and supporting our financial operations. Reconcile bank statements and ensure accuracy of financial data. Assist in the preparation of financial reports and statements. Monitor and manage accounts payable and receivable. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards. Collaborate with other departments to support financial operations. Qualifications 0-2 years of experience in bookkeeping or a related field. Strong understanding of bookkeeping principles and practices. Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite. QuickBooks Online experience is MANDATORY Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Please note that this is a part-time, remote, 1099 position. The pay for this position is $14/hour. You will be working on a flex-time schedule.
