Bookkeeper | Admin - WFH, Morning shift

Job Description This is a remote position. BOOKKEEPER – XERO Part-Time | 20 Hours/Week $10 AUD/hour | Work From Home About the Role We’re looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to support the day-to-day financial and administrative tasks of the business. You’ll primarily work in Xero, keeping financial records accurate and up to date, while also providing general admin support as needed. What You'll Do Bookkeeping Record and maintain day-to-day financial transactions in Xero Reconcile bank and credit card accounts Manage Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable Prepare and send customer invoices Track outstanding invoices and payments Process and monitor supplier invoices and payments Keep financial records and files organized Payroll Support Assist with basic payroll-related tasks Maintain employee payroll information and records Admin Support Provide general administrative support when needed Organize financial documents and files Assist with simple reports and other finance-related tasks What We're Looking For At least 2 years of bookkeeping experience Strong Xero experience is required Hands-on HubSpot experience – required Good understanding of Australian bookkeeping practices Strong attention to detail and accuracy Good time management and organizational skills Able to work independently and meet deadlines Comfortable working remotely Good written and verbal communication skills Willing to handle both bookkeeping and general admin tasks Nice to Have Xero certification Experience with Australian businesses Experience with Square Payroll experience Why Join Us? ?
