Bookkeeper - Property Management (AppFolio)

We are seeking an experienced Bookkeeper with hands-on knowledge of AppFolio property management software . The ideal candidate will manage full-cycle bookkeeping tasks, maintain accurate financial records, and provide occasional customer service support when needed. Key Responsibilities Perform full-cycle bookkeeping using AppFolio . Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) . Process tenant billing, rent postings, and payments. Conduct bank and credit card reconciliations regularly. Maintain accurate financial records through consistent data entry . Prepare financial reports and assist with month-end closing. Communicate with tenants or property owners when necessary regarding billing or payment inquiries. Ensure records are organized and compliant with company accounting procedures.
