Job Overview: We are looking for a dynamic and persuasive Brand Awareness Cold Outreach Telecaller to introduce Enthuziastic to potential customers and inform them about our free events, competitions, and community learning experiences. Your primary responsibility will be to cold-call a curated list of prospects, create awareness about our brand, and generate interest in our upcoming events, such as free baking and cooking sessions, Spell Bee competitions, Chess and Math tournaments, and Yoga events. This role is ideal for individuals who are excellent communicators, persuasive, and passionate about education and online learning. Key Responsibilities: Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to introduce Enthuziastic and its free learning community. Inform prospects about upcoming free events (baking, cooking, yoga) and competitions (Spell Bee, Chess, Math tournaments, etc.). Build rapport and engage in meaningful conversations to create awareness and encourage participation. Answer basic queries and provide necessary information about Enthuziastic’s offerings. Record customer feedback, responses, and interest levels accurately in the system. Work closely with the marketing team to refine messaging and improve outreach strategies. Follow up with interested prospects to ensure participation in events. Meet daily/weekly call targets and contribute to community engagement goals. Requirements Excellent verbal communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus). Prior experience in telemarketing, sales, customer service, or community outreach preferred but not mandatory. A confident and persuasive speaking voice with a professional demeanor. Ability to handle rejections and objections positively. Strong listening and interpersonal skills. Passion for education, learning, and community-building.
