About WindQuester
WindQuester is an outdoor gear brand shaped by a love of nature and exploration. We’re looking for an organized, thoughtful communicator who enjoys building relationships and turning conversations into action.
You’ll focus on creator partnerships and day-to-day project coordination, helping collaborations run smoothly and keeping content delivery on track.
What you’ll do
- Find outdoor creators whose content and audiences fit WindQuester
- Handle outreach and follow-up, keeping clear records of agreements and next steps
- Prepare collaboration briefs and coordinate samples, timelines, content reviews and delivery
- Confirm content usage rights and obtain approval for additional fees before making commitments
- Work with English- and Mandarin-speaking creators and partners, supporting content for both audiences
- Track collaboration results and feedback to improve future projects
- Help coordinate external designers, product development specialists, photographers and video editors as needed
This is a hands-on coordination role. Specialist design, product development and production work will remain with the relevant professionals.
What you’ll bring
- Relevant experience in creator partnerships, marketing, brand operations or project coordination
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with confidence leading creator calls and writing clear, professional briefs
- Professional working proficiency in Mandarin, including written communication, to coordinate with Mandarin-speaking creators and partners
- Strong organization, attention to detail and reliable follow-through
- Good judgment when assessing creator fit and reviewing content against a brief
- The ability to work independently and raise questions early
- A genuine interest in outdoor activities and well-designed gear
Experience with outdoor or consumer brands is helpful, but not essential. Relevant experience from other industries is welcome.
