Reporting to the Sr. Manager, the Brand Creative Lead (Women’s) will be responsible for content creation (concept, art direction and production) for all mediums. This role blends creativity with strategy – ensuring that Carhartt Women’s storytelling is clear, consistent and deeply connected to our consumer. You will partner with Marketing, Product, and Channel teams to ensure consistency across all consumer touchpoints. You will bring conceptual ideas to the table, lead campaigns from concept through execution and inspire and guide writers, designers, art directors and production partners to deliver industry leading creative. Associate Responsibilities Creative Concepting – Translate marketing strategies into big ideas that establish seasonal narratives, launch new product concepts and connect to brand marketing platforms. Campaign Development – Lead the development of integrated, multi-channel campaigns that dimensionalize and connect big ideas throughout the funnel. Creative Direction – Guide the design, copy, and production process to deliver world-class creative across seasonal storytelling, product launches, and content. Campaign Production – Partner with Carhartt production teams to bring ideas to life via lifestyle, in studio, and animation. Lead on-set direction during shoots, ensuring photography, styling and talent execution stay true to the creative vision. Actively lead and participate in all aspects of production from pre-production through post-production, ensuring finalized assets are completed in a timely basis. Creative Consultation – Review channel-specific creative executions as needed to ensure consistency across channels. Cross-Functional Collaboration – Partner with Marketing, Product, and Channel leads to ensure a deep understanding of seasonal briefs and requirements for multi-channel campaigns. Required Education Bachelor’s degree in advertising or related discipline or equivalent work experience. Required Skills & Experience Minimum of 8 years of design and writing in agency or client-side required Apparel/Lifestyle/Retail experience preferred Ability to provide a portfolio demonstrating expertise in concepting and creating brand-level campaigns, with the ability to strategically layer messaging across the full customer journey. E xceptional presentation skills Consumer knowledge and insight Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team Advanced communication, organizational and problem-solving skills, thorough attention to detail Strong prioritization skills with ability to set and meet deadlines as well as manage resources effectively Strong attention to visual detail, ensuring accuracy and consistency in all brand assets Agency or client-side experience Strong presentation skills – experience presenting to team members and stakeholders at all levels Understanding of the production process Physical Requirements and Working Conditions Typical office environment; cubicle/office setting. Extended periods of time sitting, standing, typing on a computer is required. Possible travel (up to 20%). This position has a Remote location.
