What we’re looking for: As the Graphic Designer, you bring visual, design, written and experiential acumen to Odeko products and services, presented across all major media, content, channels, and experiences. You have the ability to perform your role in a flexible, ever-changing environment and must be open to new influences and inspiration. You will work with a deeply cross-functional team by sharing ideas and developing effective solutions to generate multiple concepts supporting all forms of major media. You will be equally comfortable making; rolling up your sleeves and designing, mocking, writing, or prototyping; showing, not telling. Above all, you will inspire and lead by example by making the most of every opportunity to develop breakthrough creative, consistent with the new Odeko brand (designed by Red Antler!), and be able to take and provide clear direction and creative feedback that pushes work forward. How you’ll make an impact: Oversee all marketing design projects (social, web and print), from conception to delivery Design original pieces, including illustrations Increase user-friendliness in digital experiences like websites and mobile apps Maintain brand consistency throughout all marketing projects Create lively motion graphics to be used across social and digital platforms About you: Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design or equivalent 3-5 years of experience in graphic design Well versed in Marketing Design needs Highly proficient in Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator and After Effects Proficient in Figma Receptive to feedback + strong attention to detail Experience designing print collateral and dielines, plus working with print vendors Experience organizing archive of artwork files Creative, enthusiastic, and knowledgeable of current design trends/innovations.
