Full-time B2B contract · Remote · Fluent written and spoken English required
We're a small, fast-growing premium home goods brand selling mainly on Amazon. With a lean team, we've scaled multiple product lines to multi-seven-figure success. Our customers are women 25–55 who want elevated design, and our look is refined, editorial and premium. We have an established brand book and visual language, and every image we publish is held to that standard.
We're looking for an exceptional brand designer with refined aesthetic judgment who can rapidly produce a high volume of polished, accurate and diverse creative within our established premium visual language.
This is an execution role inside an established brand. Our Creative Director sets new creative directions; you explore them and turn them into finished work. Day to day, you'll:
- Produce Amazon main images, listing images and A+ content for new product launches (our top priority)
- Build video ads using AI video tools (Higgsfield or equivalent) and edit in post editing software for final release
- Create product page, packaging and social assets as needed
- Turn product reference photos into believable, beautiful AI scenes that match the product exactly: proportions, materials, colours and logos
- Explore several genuinely different options within the brand for every brief
- Keep your work structured and the team in sync consistently. This includes being comfortable logging time, keeping tasks and projects accurate and updated, and posting clear updates each day: what changed, what's next and what's blocking you.
- You use AI image and video generation every day and enjoy it. This is an AI-first role.
- A portfolio of premium, editorial work, including work you produced within brand guidelines
- A sharp eye for detail and product accuracy
- You work well from direction, take frequent feedback and turn it around quickly
- Self-managed and organised: you track your time, keep your files tidy and layered in Figma, and communicate clearly in writing
- Comfortable in Figma
- Fluent written and spoken English
- Photoshop for retouching and compositing (fixing AI output so it matches the real product), and video editing in Premiere or similar
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment, working multiple pipelines in parallel
- Amazon or DTC brand experience
We're a small, fast-moving e-commerce company. Our processes are still evolving, deadlines are commercial, and feedback is direct and frequent. You'll work async with our Creative Ops Manager, and our Creative Director reviews work twice a week as well as directly with our CEO ad hoc, especially during the first few months as you get familiar with the brand. If you want full creative freedom to reinvent a brand, this isn't the right fit. If you love making a premium brand look its best, at volume and with precision, you'll do well here.
Screening and portfolio review, then a timed design exercise based on one of our real product launches (the same materials and time window for every candidate), then a call with the founder, followed by a decision.
