Brand Director

Spotminders is on a mission to find things people lose, before they're lost. Two and a half years in, we've sold over 1,000,000+ products, built a team of 60 and run on weekly leadership calls to keep everyone aligned. The vision: become the biggest, most recognized brand in item-finding in the world. And we're on our way there. We just went through a full rebrand, and we're now hiring a Creative Director / Brand Director to own how Spotminders looks, feels and shows up everywhere - from campaign concept to the assets that land in every channel. We give you the strategy and the campaign concept. You turn that into the hero message, the key visuals, and a creative direction that holds together across every channel we touch. What you'll own: Taking a campaign brief and delivering the hero message, key visuals and creative direction across channels - organic social, paid, email, web, packaging Brand visual cohesion and consistency across a fast-growing number of touchpoints, especially through the rebrand rollout and upcoming product launches Briefing and directing designers, photographers, video editors and production partners so execution matches brand vision Leading creative for major product launches end to end Partnering closely with our social media manager, paid media/growth and CRM teams so creative direction stays unified across in-house work and outside agencies Coordinating scope with our existing social media and CRM agencies, who run their own creative, so nothing gets duplicated or dropped between teams Keeping the brand book and guidelines alive as the company scales (photography style, color/gradient rules, tone of voice) What we expect from you: A track record leading brand or creative direction for a DTC/e-commerce brand, ideally at a similar growth stage The ability to take a strategic brief and translate it into one coherent visual and message system across channels, not just asset by asset Comfort operating as both creative lead and operator - briefing, reviewing and pushing back on production partners, not only conceptualizing Strong taste and a track record of shipping premium creative work Experience working alongside specialized agencies, knowing where your scope starts and theirs ends Fluent English Full time availability Bonus points if: You have genuine interest in technology and the Apple ecosystem (our product line runs on Apple's Find My network) You are Estonian, or based in Estonia (the role is fully remote) You have experience in a similar premium DTC brand.
