This role will oversee brand strategy, product development, packaging, and market Positioning, ensuring the brand is competitive at a high level ( Sephora, Ultra,and international Markets Dubai, Spain. The ideal candidate is both creative and strategic, with experience in beauty, hair care, or cosmetics, and understands how to take a product from concept to shelf while building a powerful, recognizable brand. Responsibilities Understand customer requirements, identify where their needs are not being met, and create products to fill those gaps Work with internal and external stakeholders to create buy-in Define and prioritize the product roadmap and product requirements Work closely with the engineering team to plan and implement products in a timely manner Coordinate with marketing, sales, engineering, and other teams to drive product launches and feature releases Act as company representative to build product awareness Qualifications 3-7 years experience in beauty, hair care, or cosmetic brands Previous experience as a Product Manager or in a similar role Proven track record of managing a successful product from inception to launch Strong background in product development and brand strategy Experience working with manufacturers, lab, and packaging vendors knowledge of retail, e-commerce,and global markets Excellent verbal and written communication skills Comfortable with presenting to large groups Highly organized, creative, and results-driven This is a remote position.
