Taco Bell UK and Europe Limited is seeking a dynamic Brand Manager to own the marketing strategy that fuels footfall, elevates consumer perception and scales the brand’s fame. Reporting to the UK Head of Marketing, you’ll lead cross‑functional squads, partner with franchisees and global teams, and blend strategic thinking with hands‑on execution in a fast‑paced, entrepreneurial environment.
  • Own and execute a national marketing strategy that drives restaurant footfall and strengthens brand perception.
  • Lead end‑to‑end national campaigns—from concept through production to rollout—across above‑ and below‑the‑line channels.
  • Manage creative agency partners, overseeing briefs, production, post‑production, timelines and budgets.
  • Collaborate with commercial finance, restaurant operations and food innovation teams to align brand strategy with business goals.
  • Build and nurture relationships with franchise partners to ensure seamless implementation of brand initiatives.
  • Identify and activate revenue‑growth opportunities through core activations, limited‑time offers and value plays.
  • Leverage best practices and learnings from Taco Bell’s global markets to inform local initiatives.
  • Partner with the Digital Marketing Manager to integrate online programs with traditional marketing efforts.
  • Analyse performance data to optimise campaigns and inform future strategic decisions.
  • Develop business cases and sell‑in decks to secure stakeholder buy‑in and drive cross‑functional alignment.
  • Minimum 5 years of professional marketing experience (non‑internship) in QSR, retail, FMCG or food‑related sectors.
  • Proven track record of leading brand‑building and commercial performance marketing initiatives.
  • Strong leadership and relationship‑building skills with the ability to influence cross‑functional partners and external agencies.
  • Experience developing and executing multi‑market marketing calendars and launching new products.
  • Hands‑on expertise in managing the full creative process, including brief writing, production oversight and budget management.
  • Data‑driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Big‑picture thinker who can turn strategic concepts into tangible actions.
  • Collaborative team player who thrives in a fast‑paced, start‑up‑like environment.
  • Consulting or strategy experience creating business cases and proposals for franchise partners.
  • Understanding of restaurant or retail operational complexity and strong negotiation skills.
