Brand Manager

About this Position

Responsible for developing and executing brand strategies, driving growth, managing innovation projects, and strengthening brand performance under Henkel Consumer Brands in the Egyptian market.

What you´ll do

• Develop and execute annual brand strategies and growth plans aligned with business objectives.
• Identify growth opportunities through consumer, shopper, market, and competitor insights.
• Define brand positioning, communication strategies, and portfolio priorities.
• Adapt global and regional brand strategies to the Egyptian market.
• Monitor brand performance and KPIs to drive growth and continuous improvement.
  Lead innovation and renovation projects to address consumer needs and strengthen brand competitiveness.

What makes you a good fit

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus).
• Proven experience as a brand manager or similar role in the FMCG industry.
• Strong knowledge of marketing principles, brand management, and consumer behavior.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret market research data and make data-driven decisions.
• Creative mindset with the ability to think strategically and develop innovative marketing campaigns.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
