This is a hybrid role, requiring 2 days per week at our Esenyurt headquarters.

About the job

Reporting to the Marketing Manager; Assistant Brand Manager / Brand Manager will be responsible for the following, for their brand/categories for Türkiye and export markets;

• Develop and execute local and global brand strategies
• Identify growth opportunities through sales data, Nielsen insights, and consumer research
• Lead annual marketing planning and deliver KPIs
• Own marketing budgets, investments, and ROI performance
• Lead creative development with agencies (creative & media)
• Drive innovation and new product launches with cross-functional teams
• Support e-commerce and digital growth initiatives
• Track global trends; test, learn, and scale new ideas

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or a related field
• For ABM: Minimum 2+ years of experience in brand marketing
• For BM: Minimum 4+ years of experience in brand marketing
• Proven experience in brand building and strategy development
• Strong analytical and data-driven mindset
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Strong project management and multitasking abilities
• Advanced English (written & spoken) is required
• Male candidates must have completed military service
