Affiliate Marketing Manager for a DTC brand

Company: SwissChems Location: Remote - preferably Turkey, USA, UAE, Inida - based talents (Full-Time) About the Role SwissChems is looking for an experienced Affiliate Marketing Manager to build, grow, and optimize our affiliate program across multiple social media channels. You'll recruit and manage affiliates, creators, and influencers while driving revenue through performance-based partnerships. Responsibilities Recruit, onboard, and manage affiliates, influencers, creators, and brand partners. Develop and scale affiliate programs across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, X (Twitter), Reddit, Telegram, Discord, and other relevant platforms. Build long-term relationships with high-performing affiliates and content creators. Launch and optimize affiliate campaigns, promotions, and product launches. Track and analyze affiliate performance, sales, conversions, and ROI. Identify new partnership opportunities to increase customer acquisition and revenue. Collaborate with the marketing team on promotional assets, landing pages, and campaign strategies. Ensure affiliates comply with brand guidelines and platform policies. Requirements 3+ years of experience in affiliate marketing or partnership management. Proven experience growing affiliate programs for eCommerce or DTC brands. Strong understanding of affiliate marketing across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, X (Twitter), Reddit, Telegram, Discord, and other social media platforms. Hands-on experience with affiliate management platforms such as Impact, Everflow, CJ Affiliate, ShareASale, Refersion, PartnerStack, Rakuten Advertising, Awin, or similar. Strong knowledge of influencer marketing, creator partnerships, and performance marketing. Experience using analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Shopify Analytics, or similar reporting platforms. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills. Experience in the supplements, health, fitness, biohacking, or wellness industry is highly preferred. Candidate must be based in Turkey, USA, UAE, or India. Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with U.S.-based partners and affiliates. Nice to Have Existing network of affiliates and influencers in the health, fitness, or supplement industry. Experience with Shopify and DTC brands. Familiarity with TikTok Shop, Meta Ads, and creator marketplace platforms.
