At Sobi, the work we do every day redefines the standards of care and transform the lives of people living with rare diseases.

As a diverse team of entrepreneurial people, we are passionate about our growth journey towards becoming a global leader, making a difference for rare disease patients, moving quickly and always challenging the status quo.

We are committed to an inclusive, sustainable and flexible workplace that fosters growth and development.

About the role

In this role, you will share responsibility across our Haematology and Haemophilia business units, leading the commercial planning and execution. You will connect Nordic customer needs with global strategy and translate insights into focused activities that strengthen our brands and position us as a trusted partner.

Working closely with two cross-functional teams, you will identify opportunities, set priorities and deliver high-quality, omnichannel support to the market. Your key partners will include Key Account Managers, Medical, Patient Access, global colleagues and external stakeholders.

You will also help build meaningful relationships across the Nordic haemophilia and ITP communities, support patient engagement and bring relevant regional and global initiatives to life. Experienced Product Managers in both teams will be available as mentors, supporting your continued growth at Sobi.

The role is split equally between the Haematology and Haemophilia business units. You will report to one Business Unit Director, with a dotted line to the other to ensure close alignment.

The position can be based in any Nordic country near one of our offices and follows our hybrid working model. Regular travel for customer and business meetings, as well as national and international congresses, is part of the role.

What you will do

  • Lead commercial planning for two Business Units, ensuring Nordic customer needs and market requirements inform local execution and global brand strategy.
  • Drive omnichannel communication across both cross-functional teams, using relevant digital platforms and customer engagement tools.
  • Turn market insights into clear priorities and practical tactics that strengthen our brands and maximise business opportunities.
  • Build trusted internal and external relationships across the Nordic haemophilia and ITP communities.
  • Partner with Key Account Managers to support patient engagement, Nordic events and stakeholder initiatives.
  • Coordinate regional and global projects—particularly digital initiatives—ensuring strong local alignment, quality and compliant execution.
  • Support essential operational activities, including content and approval processes in Veeva Vault.

About you

You are a curious and commercially minded marketer who combines strategic thinking with the energy to make things happen. You enjoy working across functions and markets, bringing people together around a clear direction and turning insights into relevant, engaging activities. Building trusted relationships comes naturally to you, and you communicate with clarity while remaining open to different perspectives. You are comfortable taking ownership, setting priorities and adapting when the market changes. Most importantly, you are motivated by the opportunity to improve everyday life for people living with rare diseases.

What you bring

To succeed in this role, we believe you bring:

  • An academic degree in business, life sciences, healthcare or a related field, together with relevant pharmaceutical industry certification.
  • At least three years of successful product or brand management experience in specialty medicines, or comparable field-based product management experience.
  • Knowledge of Nordic healthcare systems and decision-making processes, with strong knowledge of at least the Swedish market.
  • Experience of lifecycle management, digital marketing and omnichannel communication in a competitive environment.
  • The ability to work effectively across functions, influence without direct authority and build productive stakeholder networks.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and fluency in at least one Scandinavian language.
  • Flexibility to travel regularly for customer and business meetings, as well as national and international congresses.

Experience in rare diseases—particularly benign haematology—sales, key account management or work across several Nordic markets would be an advantage. Familiarity with Veeva, pharmaceutical compliance requirements and additional Nordic languages is also welcome.

At Sobi, we live by our core values: Care, Ambition, Urgency, Ownership and Partnership.
